VISIT GUIDELINES FOR PATIENTS

 Patients entering the Eye Care For You optometric clinic must follow these guidelines to avoid spread of the Covid-19 virus. 

  • Punctuality is very important to ensure social distancing is maintained.
  • To respect social distancing, we are no longer open for walk-in visits. Please contact us to make an appointment.
  • You must immediately wash or sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic.
  • Hands must be washed or sanitized immediately before and after any encounter with doctors or staff.
  • It is still strongly recommended that you wear a mask or cloth face covering for the duration of your time in the clinic (we will provide one for a recommended $5 donation to Optometry Giving Sight if you didn’t bring one).  This is a requirement for all patients 2 years of age or older.
  • You may leave any unnecessary items in your car, including your phone if possible.
  • Please cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any covid symptoms, or have come into contact with a known case or symptoms of COVID-19.
  • If you fail to comply with any of our new regulations, you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be cancelled.
  • When paying, we encourage you to use contactless payments (tap to pay) instead of cash.
  • We may also provide you with electronic prescriptions and receipts via email instead of paper copies.

LIGNES DIRECTIVES POUR LES PATIENTS LORS DE LEUR VISITE

 Les patients qui entrent chez la clinique optométrique Eye Care For You doivent suivre ces lignes directives afin d’éviter la propagation du virus Covid-19.

  • La ponctualité est très importante afin d’assurer la distanciation sociale.
  • Afin de respecter la distanciation sociale, nous n'acceptons plus les patients sans rendez-vous.  Veuillez SVP nous contacter pour qu'on puisse vous en prendre un.
  • Vous devez immédiatement vous désinfecter les mains quand vous entrer dans la clinique.
  • Les mains doivent être désinfecter immédiatement avant et après contact avec un membre du personnel ou les docteurs.
  • Nous encourageons encore fortement un masque en tout temps lors de votre visite dans la clinique (nous pouvons vous en fournir un avec un don recommandé de 5$ à Optometry Giving Sight si vous n’en aviez pas apporté). C’est requis pour tout patient âgé de 2 ans ou plus.
  • Vous pouvez laisser tout item non essentiel dans votre voiture, y inclus votre téléphone si possible.
  • Veuillez annuler votre rendez-vous si vous avez des symptômes, ou êtes entré en contact avec un cas positif de COVID-19.
  • Si vous ne respectez pas ces directives, nous vous demanderons de quitter les lieux et votre rendez-vous sera annulé.
  • Lorsque vous effectuez des paiements, nous encourageons les paiements sans contact (tap).
  • Nous pouvons vous offrir des reçus et prescriptions électroniques au lieu de versions papier.
